1st floor casa Grande, here we have the library area, there is a big fireplace and a little snug area for comfort and privacy when reading. Casa Florenza (price €195,000) is the rental / guest house.  Florenza has access either from the pool area or from it’s own street door in the neighbouring street,  Calle Zoraba.  Florenza is what remains of a ruin when we purchased the two houses and we are tickled pink with the outcome of this special little house.

On the ground floor there is a small lounge area with tv satellite and bookshelves,  a set of double doors which open onto the pool area and pool.
